This album is here as an archive marker in Silver Camels catalog.
Also to provide the details of the production of this particular LP.
After Silver Camel parted ways with Daddy Kools the company started looking around for music to release to follow up on the 12in Disco 45s releases.
Al Campbell presented a few tapes of music he had produced at Channel One and King Tubbys studios. Each of the tapes were mixed by a different enginer. Silver Camel selected some of the trax from each of the engineers and the concept of "Three The Hard Way" was chosen as a kind of sound battle between them.
The trax were further enhanced by Silver Camel with the addition of sound effects and toasters so that a "live" dancehall illusion was created. Jah Thomas, General Saint, and Clint Eastwood were the featured DJs on the trax.
Silver Camel enlisted the talents of Rod Vass to bring the concept of "Three The Hard Way" to life.
Sleeve artwork/concept and overdubs are the intellectual and copyrighted property of Silver Kamel Audio.
All original trax produced and copyright by Al Campbell.
